Magazine subscription question

I found your mag completely by accident when issue 28 was out. Since then through your web site I followed the link to Magazine Museum and purchased the Jeep Junkie magazine sample pack.
The magazines are excellent - there is more useful information in each issue than I could ever hope for.

My issue is that I had to fight with Magazine Museum "tooth and nail" to receive what I ordered. 2 months and 2 weeks - 5 phone calls and three shipments to get what I was instantaneously charged for when I ordered the package. Every call I placed they said all the problem was on your end - not getting the magazines out on time or properly shipping the order.....

That may be true - it may not be. None the less, I am now "gun shy" about dealing with Jeep Junkie. I read on your limited forums that the release of new editions are "fluid"

So my question to you is this - how reliable do you consider your self to be should I allow you my credit card number?
You see - in the magazine sample pack, you were the name Full Sized Jeep, then Jeep Junkie, now when I follow the link for subscription and now I see Jeep Action Magazine - 6 per year.

I'm suspect that all of the name changes eludes to a less than stable business and am concerned that at the minimum I'll receive the same service as I received when I purchased the sample pack and at worst - nothing at all.

Can you tell me when Issue 29 will be released, and what name will appear on the masthead this time?

To the publisher of Jeep Action Magazine, or whatever you decide to call yourselves next,

Under Subscriptions it states that you are putting out 11 issues a year. Then, when I go to the Subscribe page it states that those 11 issues come out over two years.

Which is it..???

Like the post above from we3 I have many concerns with how you guys operate and am reluctant to subscribe because of the lack of professionalism and continuity in your writing. This last point makes me highly suspect of a magazine.

I'll keep checking back to see if things start looking any better. But I'm afraid if you don't start putting a better face on your business and magazine then you probably will loose more subscribers and eventually go out of business. And that would be a shame.
