How about a timeline/visual history of the FSJ vehicles? Just a thought. Maybe some M715 articles as well or wheeling in different states/parks? Just a few suggestions...

Great ideas. I had thought the parks story was great... maybe feature a different park every issue with maps, area attractions, scenery, etc. I will get started and add the timeline idea to the list.
How about a pull out "Playboy" style poster of the FSJ timeline?
Thanks!
John

One of my favorite reads in any 4X4 magazine has always been travelogues. Not necessarily off-roading articles, but stories of people and places encountered while traveling off the beaten path in four wheel drive country.

As an example, one of my favorite stories ever was a piece I read many years ago that chronicled a trek as far north as one can travel by road in North America. I've long forgotten the publication but still fondly remember the story.

Something like travelling up the Tran-Alaska highway would be a cool story?
